It extended the huge success enjoyed by the 02 for a further two years and for many people became their first BMW. The BMW 1502 was the two door coupe version that was part of the BMW 02 Series. The original owner used the car as a daily driver until 1982, then put it into dry storage and used it occasionally for car shows over the next 35 years.
